Arrived at the drive thru window to wait for our mobile orders and for the entire 8 minutes we waited, none of the 5 employees were wearing mask properly,2 of them didnt even have a mask on at all, the other 3 had on a mask but it was pulled down below their mouth,they were all at the food service station, one of the employees that wasnt wearing a mask was nibbling on food

User's recommendation: Not to patronize this location.

During the pandemic service has been excessively slow. One can expect to spend 40 minutes in drive thru line easily. Once you actually arrive at window to order in most instances, there is a 10 to 15 min wait just to place your order. On top of this Staff is rude because you don't look happy about the wait. I sat in line today from begging to end 40 min and in the beginning there may have been 5 cars ahead of me. They don't offer any explanation, they don't explain the wait time at order window. They don't even apologize for wait when you finally get food, they barely speak.Go

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else or plan for an hour wait.

Went to Popeye's and was told they no longer offer onion rings, why? From what I was told onion rings were popular here in Albuquerque but they got rid of them anyway. That's too bad, totally disappointed! Onion rings complimented the meal. Bring them back, you'll lose more customers if you don't.

The Popeyes Chicken on Willow Street in Lafayette, La has very in compassionate management and staff as well. I let them knew I had two coupons for an order, which I totally understand Popeyes Chicken policy about having one coupon per visit. I informed them that I could call on the phone because my mom has thyroid cancer and isn't able to get out to do her own coupon. They then told me hold on let me check with my manager...They told me they were sorry that's policy.... OMG everything about that situation wasn't ok. Then when the manager followed up with me she informed me she wasn't there. So what shift manager is responsible for the could have been overridden policy due to the particular circumstances. I was offered a free 2pc for the inconvenience SMH... How about this location will never get my money nor service ever again . To say I am a former employee of the franchise I would never have thought that these types of people are employees at this franchise very poor manager skills as well as customer service.

I am so upset about how our neighbors and I are treated by the employees at or area store .it used to be so pleasant but now we can figure out what's up lI ordered 3 chicken Brest sandwiches one was and looked and was a regular breast the others were full of just pieces of breading and a small pieces not sure what pieces they were I called the manager to my shock she was very nasty she told me they only cook what comes from in the bags I explained that I was not satisfied and would like to exchange for better sandwiches she advises me to go online and complain. What kind of service is this . She lost me and my neighbors as costumers

Jacksonville Fl Dunn Ave Popeyes Group of employees standing outside when I pulled up to drive thru a male in the crowd of about 4 or 5 employees told me Popeye was closed I left and went next door and purchase some food when I past back by Popeyes there were cars in the drive thru I turned around sure enough Popeyes was open why would he lie and the others did not say a word

I have not been paid yet from them and Ive been working there for almost 2 months now &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; no manager has gotten back to me which led to my mother going up there and now I have to wait til all other employees get paid to receive my money Ive been waiting on

They always shut down at 7 but don't close til 10 so the food is horrible afterv7p.m.

WE WANTED TO TRY THE NEW GHOST PEPPER WINGS ADVERTISED. WHEN WE GOT THEM HOME, WE LIVE CLOSE BY, I WAS PULLING A PIECE OFF FOR OUR GREAT GRANDSON TO TRY AND THE WING WAS COLD OUTSIDE AND VERY DARK, THE INSIDE NEXT TO THE BONE WAS VERY COLD AS WELL. MY HUSBAND GOT A WING, BIT INTO IT AND IT WAS BLOODY NEAR THE BONE AND COLD THRU AND THRU. I CALLED POPEYES, AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I CHECKED THE TIME IT WAS IN EXCESS OF 15 MINUTES. THINKING THEY HAD FORGOTTEN ME, I ASKED MY HUSBAND TO CALL FROM HIS PHONE TO SEE IF IT WOULD RING BUSY THEN I COULD HANG UP AND CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE DID THIS TWICE LETTING IT RING UNTIL IT DISCONNECTED. THEY NEVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE WITH ME SO I FINALLY HUNG UP. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE AND WHEN I GOT AN ANSWER FROM THEM, IT HAD THE NAME OF YOUR COMPLAINT LINE AND I WAS OFFENDED BY THAT BECAUSE I AM A CHRISTIAN AND DO NOT USE THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE EVER. MY CONCERN NEVER REACHED THE POINT OF YOUR NAME OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WOULD BE OFFENDED BY THE NAME OF YOUR COMPLAINT DIVISION. WE HAVE EATEN POPEYES FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST BUT I NEVER HAD TO TAKE IT TO CORPORATE BEFORE TO GET A RESPONSE. THIS IS NOT PUTTING YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD AS A COMPANY. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT IN THE PAST, YOU CUT THE SIZE OF YOUR BISCUITS WAY DOWN. BOJANGLES HAS NOT. YOUR BISCUITS WERE MUCH LIKE THE SIZE OF BOJANGLES BUT NOT AS THICK. A FEW YEARS AGO, YOU STARTED MAKING THE BISCUITS SMALLER AROUND THINKING NO ONE WOULD NOTICE ADD THIS TO THE FACT THAT THE ADS FOR POPEYES CHICKEN STRIPS LOOK VERY SMALL AND THIN STRIPS. THIS IS A TURNOFF TO A LOT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE IT WOULD TEND TO MAKE THEM HARD AND DRY AND ADD TO IT THE SIZE OF THE BISCUITS DOES NOT GIVE COMFORT AS TO THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU WILL BE GETTING ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FEED A FAMILY. IF THAT PICTURE IS NOT A TRUE PICTURE OF YOUR CHICKEN STRIPS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE IT TO A TRUE PICTURE. YOUR BUSINESS MIGHT IMPROVE IF THIS IS NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF YOUR PRODUCT. I visited Popeye in goldsboro nc two times this week first time my chickensandwich was dried out and tonight I ordered 12 pic chickenwings and two orders shrimp and chicken sandwich my wings were burned up and not hot and shrimp was over cook they were hard I unsay don't have a problem here but two visnts this week was awful

Bad service at restaurant 11090. It appears almost every time I visit this store, there is a problem. Either, I dont get all of the chicken, its mild I stead of spicy, or today they ran out of coleslaw around 2pm. The worst part is that they got an attitude with me. Im actually getting tired of the service there.
