first visit at your store passing through Louisiana,excitied about it until we got inside.a young lady was sweeping when finiished she went right to fixing orders without washing her hands.
the young man that took our order was telling us what to order instead of giving us what we asked for. when talking to the manager he had a don't care attitude about everything. we did not get what we ordered and when we sat down to eat the young man that took our order came and sweept under the table where we were sitting. your crew was very rude and my first trip will be my last.
This took place 3-14-15, store #8638 at 10:02 pm, register #2, employee #24, order #247, sales # 84210765, the amount $16.88 and one of our order we did not even get.Your crew need's more training in the customer service department, and i feel that our money or some type of reimbursement should be given.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of staff and associated monetary loss in the amount of $17. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
