I reached out to customer care through email and received two failure to deliveries because the account was closed or not even Active. I reached out to the store location to make them aware of the problem which is not their fault.

This has more to do with quality and control inspection before leaving the warehouse or the factory. To whom this may concern, Can you tell me what’s wrong with this Picture.
